Bathroom 1 (master bathroom): This master bathroom contains a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, and ample mirrors with the vanity for your convenience and grooming needs. Bathroom 2: The spacious common area bathroom contains a shower, toilet, vanity, and sink. The home has a smart lock installed at the front door with a keypad. The guest will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival. To check in the guest will open the front door with either a smart phone app or passcode. Guests have access to the entire house. Check in at 4pm or later; check out at 11am or earlier. Business Hours: M-F 9am-7pm, Weekends 11am-4pm. We will communicate with you during these business hours and respond to your messages as quickly as possible. Our home is situated perfectly around a ton of restaurants, grocery stores, festival grounds, golf courses, tennis courts, and convenient access to the highway. The home is in a very clean, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. If you look out the front door or sit poolside you'll see the majestic mountains! You'll love relaxing by the pool with the site of those mountains as well as have the peace of mind knowing that you are situation in the most convenient area possible in Indio. Because the home is conveniently located near a ton of restaurants, grocery stores, festival grounds, golf courses, and tennis courts, you can get around pretty well with just a bicycle. Of course it'll be better if you have a car, truck or SUV. But if you don't have a vehicle you can use a ride-share company like Uber or Lyft - both are available to use in Indio. More on Cancellations: There are no cancellations and refunds of bookings due to weather or natural disasters. Swimming Pool Heating: If you want to heat the pool it's a $75 per day charge.
