My name is Gulliver. Here’s just a little bit about myself.. I’m a normal guy who works and has a vacation home on the side (and no, I don’t have 1,000 vacation rentals – just the one for now). I’m not rich, although, I do believe being “rich” is more about the intangible things rather than the material – so in that sense I think I’m pretty blessed🙂. My family and I live in southern California, but I’m originally from Seattle. So I’m familiar with all four seasons. And I know what it feels like to have that itch to get away from the cold and rainy weather and escape to some place warm and sunny. When my family and I bought this home years ago we wanted a place to be our cozy home away from home when we temporarily escaped the cold and rainy Seattle weather. We worked really hard to make this property beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and relaxing. So we hope that you feel like our home is your home away from home for the short time you’re enjoying it.

Yes, the pool is heated upon request for an additional charge of $75 per day. Please let us know at least 3 days before your arrival if you’d like this option.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 6 beds.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a brand-new refrigerator. We also provide pots, pans, plates, silverware, and coffee mugs for 12+ guests.
Check-in is hassle-free with a smart lock system. You’ll receive detailed instructions prior to your arrival, allowing access via a smartphone app or passcode.
We provide some essential supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels, but guests are encouraged to purchase additional items as needed from nearby stores.
